Delete your account and data
Jesus Forever Yours is provided by Rose Renuu LLC. You can delete your app account in the app or request help by email. You do not need to buy anything to request deletion.
Delete in the app
- Sign in to Jesus Forever Yours.
- Open About and scroll to Delete Account.
- Follow the two confirmation steps and choose Delete Forever.
The app sends the request to our backend. When the server confirms deletion, the app clears account-related content that it owns on that device. If the request fails, the app shows an error so you can try again or contact support.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@jesusforeveryours.com with the subject Delete my Jesus Forever Yours account. Include the email address used for your app account so we can find it. Do not send your password, payment-card details, or identity documents.
We may ask you to verify control of the account before acting on an email request. If you cannot access the registered email, explain that in your message and we will provide another verification step.
We complete verified account-deletion email requests within 30 days. We will reply if we need more information to verify ownership or locate the account.
What deletion covers
Deleting your app account removes the authentication account and profile records in our Supabase system. Content reports tied to that account are deleted with it. The in-app flow also clears saved verses, notes, Faith chat history, journal entries and app-owned photo copies, local Gem and subscription state, and other personal app storage on the device where deletion is completed. If you used the app on another device, remove its local copy there too.
What may remain
App-store purchase and subscription records are managed by Apple or Google and are not cancelled or removed by deleting your app account. Support emails, transaction records, security logs, and diagnostic records held by service providers may be retained where needed to resolve issues, meet legal obligations, or follow those providers' retention rules. Contact us if you need details about a specific record.
Subscriptions
Deleting your app account does not cancel a paid subscription. To stop future charges, cancel it through the store where you purchased it: Apple subscription management or Google Play subscription management.
